I’ve used "InstaCleaner" and it’s been pretty reliable for me. It’s a Chrome extension for unliking posts on Instagram that lets you filter by date or just bulk unlike everything. It’s not the fastest, but it’s safe and doesn’t ask for unnecessary permissions.
One thing to note: it works better on desktop than mobile, so keep that in mind. Also, it might take a while if you’ve got a ton of likes to clean up.
