I tried "InstaPurge" and it worked pretty well for me. It’s a Chrome extension for unliking posts on Instagram that lets you unlike posts in bulk. It’s not the most user-friendly, but it gets the job done.
One thing to keep in mind: it might take a while to process if you’ve got a lot of likes. Also, make sure you’re logged into the right account before you start. I almost messed up and unliked stuff from my alt account lol.
