Honestly, TikTok can't follow people on PC is such a mess. I’ve been using a Chrome extension called “User-Agent Switcher” to make TikTok think I’m on mobile. It’s a bit clunky, but the follow button works!
Just search for the extension, switch to a mobile user agent, and reload TikTok. Hope this helps!
