I use Private Internet Access (PIA), and their dedicated IP option has been a lifesaver. No more getting blocked by streaming services, and the speeds are consistent.
Also, make sure your iPhone’s Wi-Fi is on 5GHz. 2.4GHz just doesn’t cut it for 4K.
