Dude, same. I’ve started using a browser called Brave, and it seems to cut down on captcha requests a bit. Not sure why, but it’s been a game-changer for me.
Also, if you’re on mobile, switching to the app version of a site instead of the browser can sometimes help. Apps tend to have fewer captcha requests for some reason.
