hey! i had this problem too and it was so annoying. i fixed it by clearing my phone’s dns cache.

if you’re on android, go to settings > network & internet > private dns and set it to automatic.

also, try using a different device to see if it’s just your phone acting up. insta’s been super buggy lately tho, so it might not even be your fault.
