Have you tried MaxMind? It’s another fraud detection tool that’s pretty solid. I use it alongside ipquality score, and it’s helped reduce false positives.
Also, make sure you’re using the latest version of ipquality score’s API. They update it regularly, and sometimes older versions act up.
