I think I’ll start with OpenWeatherMap’s API since it seems the easiest for a beginner like me. If I need to scrape later, I’ll try BeautifulSoup and Selenium like y’all recommended.
Quick question though: for rotating proxies, do you think a free VPN would work, or should I just go with a paid service? I’m trying to keep costs low for now.
