Honestly, I’ve been using datacenter runescape bot proxys for months now, and I haven’t had any issues. I think the key is to not go overboard with the botting.
I use ProxyRack, and they’ve been pretty reliable. Rotating IPs are still a thing, but I’ve found that sticking to a few IPs and not switching too often works better for me.
Just my two cents, but I think people overcomplicate it sometimes. Keep it simple, and you’ll be fine.
