i had this retry load webpage error last week and it was driving me insane.

turns out it was my antivirus software causing the issue. i disabled it temporarily and the error went away. maybe check if your antivirus or firewall is blocking something?

also, try using a different browser like brave or edge. sometimes chrome just acts up for no reason.
