I think the answer to what can you do if you have someone's address really depends on your relationship with them. If it’s a friend or family member, sending something thoughtful is fine. But if it’s someone you don’t know well, it’s better to not do anything.
For safety, maybe use Find My Friends or Glympse to check on someone without being creepy. Always ask for consent though!
