Does the Google extension that scans text from a webpage work reliably for extracting content?

Same experience here. The Google extension scans text from a webpage, but it’s super inconsistent. I think it struggles with modern web design and dynamic content.

I’ve switched to Save to Google Drive for saving pages, and then I extract the text manually. It’s a bit more work, but it’s more reliable.

For OCR, Snipping Tool + OneNote works surprisingly well. Just snip the image, paste it into OneNote, and it’ll extract the text for you.
