Hey there! I’ve been using Memex for a while now, and it’s been super helpful for searching across web pages and even some video transcripts. It’s not exactly a Chrome extension find text in entire online course tool, but it’s close.
For videos, Descript is great for transcripts, but it’s more of a desktop app. If you’re looking for something free, maybe try YouTube Transcript Search—it’s basic but works.
