Thanks for all the suggestions, everyone! I tried switching servers in Shadowrocket UA WiFi, and it seems to be working better now. Still not perfect, but at least it’s not dropping every 5 minutes lol.
I also checked DownDetector, and it looks like there were some server issues earlier this week, so maybe that was the problem. I’ll try the DNS changer app and the static IP thing next if it acts up again.
