What Are the Best Resources That Are Publicly Available for Learning New Skills?

Hey everyone!

So, I’ve been thinking about leveling up my skills lately, but I’m kinda broke rn lol. What are the best resources that are *publicly available* for learning new stuff?

I’ve heard of Coursera and Khan Academy, but idk if they’re fully free or just have some free bits. Also, YouTube is a goldmine, but it’s hard to find legit channels sometimes.

Any recommendations for *publicly available* tools or platforms? Like coding, design, or even random life skills?

Oh, and if anyone knows about hidden gems (like libraries or forums), pls share!

Thanks in advance, y’all! 🙌
