Has anyone successfully set up Gmail proxy over Thunderbird? Need help with configuration!

Hey! I had the same problem, and it turned out to be a DNS issue. Try changing your DNS settings to Google DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4).

Also, make sure your proxy server supports encrypted connections. If it doesn’t, Thunderbird won’t be able to connect to Gmail.
