I’ve used omegaproxy for a while, and it’s been pretty good for keeping my browsing private. It’s not the fastest, but it’s not super slow either. I’d say it’s a decent middle-ground option.
As for streaming, it works on some sites but not all. If streaming is a big deal for you, maybe try Surfshark. It’s cheaper and works better for Netflix and stuff.
