Wow, thanks for all the suggestions, guys! I tried ProxyRack first, and it worked pretty well for my instagram download proxy ip setup. The free trial was a nice touch.
I’m thinking of testing out Oxylabs next since a few of you recommended it. Quick question though—do any of these work with mobile? I mostly use my phone for IG stuff.
