Hey, I’ve been using residential proxies for a while now, and they’re def the way to go for Instagram.
I usually set up the proxy in my browser using an extension like Proxy SwitchyOmega. Then I use a tool like 4K Video Downloader to grab the videos.
For providers, I’d recommend Oxylabs. They’re a bit pricey, but their IPs are super clean.
