Ugh, the "connection request failed 407" error is the worst. I fixed mine by resetting my proxy settings. If you’re on Windows, go to Settings > Network & Internet > Proxy and toggle off "Use a proxy server."
If that doesn’t work, try flushing your DNS. Open Command Prompt and type `ipconfig /flushdns`. It’s a long shot, but it’s helped me before.
Also, check if your firewall is blocking the connection. Sometimes it messes with proxy settings.
