Honestly, I’ve been in a similar situation. To stop a person who got your IP from Instagram, a VPN is the way to go. I use CyberGhost, and it’s been great for hiding my IP.
Also, make sure your Instagram account is set to private and avoid clicking on any suspicious links. If you’re still worried, you can reset your router to get a new IP address. It’s not a permanent fix, but it helps.
