So I’ve been diving into VR stuff lately, and I keep hearing about *oculus proxies*. Like, are they actually a thing or just some buzzword?
From what I gather, oculus proxies are supposed to help with performance and privacy in VR, but how? Like, do they just act as a middleman or something? And does it really make a noticeable difference?
Also, are oculus proxies easy to set up, or is it one of those "tech wizard only" kinda deals? I’m not super techy, so if it’s complicated, I might just skip it lol.
And what about privacy? I’ve heard oculus proxies can help mask your data, but is it legit or just marketing fluff?
