Hey, I’ve been using ProxyBargain for a while now, and it’s been pretty good for a cheap isp proxy. Speeds are decent, and they don’t cut out randomly like some others.
If you’re on a tight budget, it’s worth a shot. Just don’t expect blazing-fast speeds.
