Ugh, same here! The verizon proxy has been a nightmare for the past week. Pages take forever to load, and sometimes they just time out.
I tried switching to Google’s DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4) and it helped a bit. Not a total fix, but it’s better than nothing. Maybe give that a go?
