Scraping tweets is such a pain, but I’ve had some luck with ParseHub. It’s a no-code tool that’s pretty easy to use, and it works well for small-scale scraping.
For larger projects, though, you’ll still need to deal with proxies and rate limits. But it’s a good option if you’re not into coding.
