I’ve used both lunaproxy and pyproxy.com for scraping, and honestly, it depends on your needs. Lunaproxy is def better for avoiding bans, especially if you’re scraping sites with heavy anti-bot measures. Their rotating IPs are smooth, and I’ve had fewer issues with captchas.
Pyproxy.com is cheaper, but I’ve noticed their IPs get flagged more often. If you’re doing large-scale scraping, the unlimited bandwidth is tempting, but you might end up spending more time dealing with bans.
