I’ve been using https://1337x.tw as a proxy, and it’s been pretty stable.
No major issues so far, and it loads faster than most random proxies.

For alternatives, I’d suggest checking out LimeTorrents (https://www.limetorrents.pro).
It’s not as polished as https://1337x.to, but it gets the job done.
