Shifter residential proxy pricing is such a mixed bag. I’ve had good luck with Luminati (now called Bright Data).
Their pricing is a bit higher, but the quality is worth it if you’re doing serious work. They also have a ton of IPs, so you’re less likely to get blocked.
Just make sure to check their bandwidth limits. Some plans are super restrictive.
