I’ve been using piratebayproxy.net for a while now, and it’s been pretty solid. The site updates their pirate bay list of proxy sites regularly, so you’re less likely to hit a dead link.
Speed is decent, and the ads aren’t too bad if you’ve got uBlock Origin installed. Just avoid clicking on anything shady, and you should be good.
