Does Rotating IP Address Really Improve Online Privacy and Security?

Yo, so I’ve been thinking… does rotating ip address actually make a difference for privacy and security? Like, I get the idea—switching up your IP so you’re harder to track. Sounds cool, right? But idk, feels kinda overhyped sometimes.

Sure, rotating ip address might help dodge some basic tracking or geo-blocks, but if someone *really* wants to find you, they’ll find a way. VPNs and proxies do the rotating thing, but they’re not foolproof. Plus, some sites flag rotating ip address as suspicious, so you might end up with more captchas than actual privacy lol.

Idk, maybe it’s useful for some stuff, but I wouldn’t rely on it as the ultimate shield. What do y’all think? Am I missing something or is rotating ip address just a fancy buzzword? 🤔
