Hey! I’ve been in the same boat (pun intended lol). I’ve found that ProxyList.org is pretty reliable for pirate proxy lists. They update their list often, and the links are usually working.

As for staying safe, I’d say always double-check the URL before clicking anything. And yeah, a VPN is a must.
