yeah, the 4chan ban evade meme is def getting overused. it was funny for a hot minute but now it's just... meh.
i think mods are kinda letting it slide bc it's lowkey harmless compared to other stuff on the site. but yeah, it's getting old.
if you're tired of it, maybe try using a browser extension like "Forum Enhancer" to filter out repetitive phrases. it won't stop the alts but at least you won't see the same jokes over and over.
