Error 407 is the bane of my existence, lol. I feel you.
One thing that helped me was switching to a different proxy server temporarily. If you have access to another one, give it a shot. Sometimes the issue is just with that specific server.
Also, if you’re using a script or app, make sure it’s sending the auth headers correctly. I used Burp Suite (https://portswigger.net/burp) to check mine, and it saved me a ton of time.
