So, I’ve been messing around with proxychains steam lately, and I’m kinda confused. Can I actually use proxychains to run Steam? Like, does it even work properly?
From what I’ve gathered, proxychains steam *can* work, but it’s not exactly plug-and-play. You gotta configure the proxies right, and even then, Steam might throw a fit because it’s super picky about connections.
Also, does anyone know if proxychains steam messes with game downloads or multiplayer? I’m worried about getting banned or something lol.
Anyway, if anyone’s got experience with proxychains steam, hit me up. I’m just tryna figure out if it’s worth the hassle or if I’m better off using a VPN or something.
