I’d avoid Proxy-Cheap at all costs. Tried their dedicated proxies for scraping, and it was a nightmare. Constant drops, and half the IPs were already flagged.
Went with Soax after that, and it’s been smooth sailing. A bit pricey, but their proxies are top-notch for scraping.
