I think the key is to find a provider that’s upfront about their limits. I’ve been using Storm Proxies, and while they market their residential proxies as unlimited, they do have some restrictions on concurrent connections.

Still, it’s a solid option if you’re doing light to medium scraping. Just don’t go in expecting *true* unlimited usage.
