Honestly, I think you’re overthinking it a bit. For light scraping, ISP proxies are totally fine. They’re faster and cheaper, and unless you’re hitting a site with crazy anti-bot measures, you won’t get blocked.
Residential proxies are overkill unless you’re doing something super sensitive. I’d say start with ISP proxies and switch to residential only if you run into issues.
