Bro, I feel your pain. I’ve been through so many ipv4 proxyh providers, and most are just meh.

I’d recommend trying out Smartproxy. They’re affordable, and their proxies are pretty fast. Uptime has been solid for me so far.

Avoid ProxyRack though—had nothing but issues with them.
