Best Tools or Methods to Scrape Craigslist with Phone Numbers?

So, I’ve been trying to scrape craiglist with phone numbers for a project I’m working on, but I’m kinda stuck. I’ve tried a few tools like Scrapy and BeautifulSoup, but they don’t always pull the phone numbers reliably.

Anyone got tips on the best tools or methods to scrape craiglist with phone numbers? I’ve heard some people use proxies to avoid getting blocked, but idk if that’s overkill.

Also, is there a way to do this without breaking any rules? I don’t wanna get in trouble lol.
