i’ve been using proxy-cheap for my runescape bot proxys and it’s been pretty solid so far.

they’re affordable and have a decent selection of residential ips.

i rotate them every 4-5 hours and haven’t had any issues yet. just don’t go crazy with the botting and you should be good.
