From what I’ve seen, Riot doesn’t ban IPs for smurfing. It’s mostly just account bans unless you’re doing something super toxic or breaking multiple rules.
But if you’re sharing Wi-Fi, you’re safe. Just don’t make it obvious you’re smurfing, and you’ll be fine.
