Hey y’all, so I’ve been having some *major* connection issues with Discord lately, and I’m pretty sure it’s because of my region or ISP throttling. I’ve heard that you can set proxy on discord to fix this, but honestly, I’m kinda lost on how to do it properly.
Like, do I just grab any random proxy and hope it works? Or is there a specific way to set proxy on discord without messing up my settings? I tried googling it, but half the guides are outdated or way too technical for my brain to process lol.
If anyone’s got a simple step-by-step or knows a good proxy service that works with Discord, pls share! Also, does setting a proxy actually help with lag or is it just a myth?
Thanks in advance, y’all are lifesavers! 🙏
