Foxyproxy proxy can be a real headache sometimes. I’ve found that it works better if you disable IPv6 in your network settings. For some reason, it conflicts with foxyproxy.
Also, try using the “Patterns” feature to whitelist or blacklist specific sites. It helps avoid unnecessary proxy usage.
