Hey! I had the same issue with foxyproxy proxy. Turns out it was a DNS issue. Switching to a different DNS server fixed it for me.
Also, make sure your proxy server isn’t overloaded. Sometimes the problem isn’t foxyproxy but the server itself.
If you’re still stuck, maybe try using a VPN instead. It’s not the same, but it’s way less hassle.
