How Do I Go About Deleting Someone from Discord That I Banned?

Ugh, I hate this too. Banning someone doesn’t fully delete them from the member list, and it’s so annoying. I’ve tried everything, but there’s no way to remove them completely. The only thing you can do is unban and kick them, but even then, their name might still show up in the audit log. Discord really needs to fix this.
