Hey! I’ve been using rotating IPs for a while now, and I’d say paid services are the way to go. I use Storm Proxies, and they’ve been solid.
Free tools? I’ve tried a few, but they’re either too slow or get blocked easily. If you’re just testing, you can use ProxyMesh’s free trial.
For manual rotation, you can try using a mobile hotspot and switching between networks. It’s not ideal, but it works if you’re in a bind.
