I’ve been using CheckerProxy for a while now, and it’s been pretty solid. It’s free, supports socks4 and socks5, and checks proxies pretty quickly.
The interface is simple, and it gives you all the info you need, like response time and location. It also supports bulk checking, which is a huge plus if you’re working with a lot of proxies.
Only thing is, it can be a bit slow with larger lists, but for smaller ones, it’s perfect.
