What is a Proxy Server for WiFi and How Does It Work?

Hey, thanks for all the replies, y’all! I tried out a few of the tools you mentioned, and NordVPN’s proxy feature is legit. It’s fast and easy to set up.

One question though—how do you know if a proxy is logging your data? I’m still a bit paranoid about that. Also, anyone tried using a proxy for torrenting? Does it work the same way?
