Hey OP, I’ve been using Proxy-Cheap for proxy ipv4, and it’s been decent for the price.
It’s not the fastest, but it gets the job done for scraping and geo-specific tasks. I’d recommend it if you’re on a tight budget.
Just keep in mind that you might need to rotate IPs more often with cheaper providers.
