Hey y’all,
So, I’ve been hearing this term *incognition* thrown around lately, and I’m lowkey curious if anyone else has experienced it? Like, it’s that weird mental fog where you *know* you’re thinking, but it feels like your brain’s buffering or something.
For me, it’s like trying to grab smoke—you can’t quite pin it down. Sometimes it hits during work, and I’m just staring at my screen like “what even is this task?” lol.
Anyone else get this? How do you deal with it? I’ve tried coffee, naps, even yelling at my brain to *focus* (spoiler: it doesn’t work).
Is incognition just a fancy word for burnout, or is it its own thing? Let me know your thoughts—or if you’ve got tips to snap out of it.
Cheers!
